USA AND CANADA ASSESSMENT, TESTING, DOSING AND FOLLOW-UP PROTOCOLS

ESPERANZA PEPTIDE ANNOUNCES MORE USA AND CANADA ACCESS TO THE ESPERANZA NEUROPEPTIDE PROGRAM AS WELL AS NEW NEUROLOGICAL CONSULTATION GROUP ESTABLISHED

Esperanza NeuroPeptide has recently contracted with a medical consulting group to provide us with detailed neurological assessments of our US and Canada clients before and during their course on the Esperanza NeuroPeptide. This neurological assessment is provided at no charge to our clients. Its purpose is to allow us to ascertain the scope of the neurological benefits gained by our clients while on the NeuroPeptides.

As you know by reading our website at www.esperanzapeptide.net the Esperanza NeuroPeptide program consists of an initial testing session and then regular followup at 3, 6 and 9 month intervals (see detail protocol below) and the cost in the USA and Canada are $12,500 (USA Dollars) for full-year and $17,000 (USA Dollars) for 18-months. We also offer a 6 month period for $6,250 (USA Dollars).

After having reviewed the materials we sent you about enrolling with Esperanza as a NeuroPeptide client, if you find that you are seriously interested in the program, please respond to this message so that the medical consultants can send you an initial assessment form for you to fill out. It is quick and easy, and there is no cost or obligation to enter into our first level of assessment. If you later decide to become our client, we will use this assessment as part of our full assessment of your case. If you do not later become our client, we will destroy the assessment. In either case your details will remain confidential.

Below you will find a brief overview of the NeuroPeptide program.

INITIAL VISIT:

At the initial visit you will be tested to see how you are at that particular point and time (pre-NeuroPeptide dosing). We will do a series of intake testing in regards to your strength, agility, balance, foot and hand vibration response, ability to do a 15 meter walk, cognitive function, speech, fine motor function and coordination, upper and lower body movement and other baseline testing. All of the test results data will be recorded and certain ones will be filmed as a matter of historical record and will become part of your file throughout your testing sessions and follow-up visits with us.

You will then be asked to take your first dose of the Esperanza NeuroPeptide and you will be given 45 minutes to an hour to relax and let the NeuroPeptide fully enter your system. Approximately 45 minutes to an hour after your initial dosing we will repeat the strength, agility, balance, foot and hand vibration response, ability to do a 15 meter walk, cognitive function, speech, fine motor function and coordination, upper and lower body movement and other baseline testing as performed previously in the day. The data pre NeuroPeptide and post NeuroPeptide will be reviewed to see if there is any initial reaction to the dosing and/or changes in the results post dosing as opposed to pre dosing.

You will receive your supply of Esperanza NeuroPeptide to take home with you.

The supply consist of:

If you are on the full-year treatment - 14 vials of sublingual spray
If you are on the 18-month treatment - 19 vials of sublingual spray
If you are on the half-year treatment - 7 vials of sublingual spray.

This initial testing visit will last about 3-4 hours in length.

FOLLOW-UPS:

If you are on the year long treatment you will be scheduled for follow-up appointments at 3, 6, 9 and 12 month intervals and these are included in the price. If you have paid for a 6 month supply then you will be scheduled for a follow-up at the end of 3 and 6 months in order to allow you to make a decision in regards to continuing on with the treatment or not. There is no charge for these follow-up sessions.

At these follow-up appointments we will repeat the above noted tests to see how you are progressing with the NeuroPeptide at the relevant 3, 6, 9 and 12 month intervals. We will again do the same series of intake testing in regards to your strength, agility, balance, foot and hand vibration response, ability to do a 15 meter walk, cognitive function, speech, fine motor function and coordination, upper and lower body movement and other baseline testing. Again, all of the test results data will be recorded and certain ones will be filmed as a matter of historical record and will become part of your file throughout your treatment and ongoing follow-up visits with us.

The follow-up visit will last about 1 hour in length.
